Harold Feit
Most likely caused by a media indexer like roxio, nero, itunes.

Harold Feit
So no media indexers at all?Downloading to a dropbox folder?Saving to ANY folder where another program would attempt to read/lock the file?
Zhuo Xing
I also tend to have this problem. It says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.(Writetodisk)"Does it corrupt my file?I can continue to download my things by pressing the "Start torrent" button. anfallow
Most likely caused by a media indexer like roxio, nero, itunes. What he said is right. What happened to me was tat somehow after the download bittorrent crashed, and I thought that it should have finished downloading iso file already (it should have) so I mounted it on Daemon Tools, but the image was empty. I noticed bittorrent was off. After I turned it on, the file was being re-checked and re-downloaded again, but stopped, and I got the same error (that write to disc stuff). The fact is that I mounted the iso file so it was used by daemon tools, so bittorrent could not complete download. If you get this message, you should check if you had not done this, as I did, or if any other program is using the file. Note that even when you turn off daemon it still uses your image, you have to unmount it. Same thing may be with other programs.
