Former volume not mounted error.

Recommended Posts

Former Volume Not Mounted errors are typically caused by USB drives (either thumbdrives or external harddrives) being used as one of your storage directories where the drive is either disconnected or has had its drive letter change.

Reconnect the device.

If the drive letter has changed, change it back with Disk Management (start - run - diskmgmt.msc)
