filing files by label could we assign labels to downloads and direct them to seperate folder

I know i can assign labels to my downloads but how about allowing the downloads to be sent to different folders depending on the label I try to prioritize my uploads but when i need to clean up my hd i have to laboriously sift thru them to only archive the junk and save the priority if i could assign a label even a mandatory one like a b c or whatever it would allow me to proritize thank you
