Ookami93 Posted September 21, 2014 Report Share Posted September 21, 2014 Hello, I recently moved to China to study abroad for a year and experiencing some problems with the internet connection here. When I want to download something via torrent, the download speed climbs up the first few seconds, but then goes down rapidly and then is permanently around 1 to 30 kb/s.It is strange since I can for example download WoW from the Battle.net launcher with 2 mb/s , but websites are also loading very slowly, so I thought that it may be problems with the DNS. I already tried another DNS server, but I am still having the same problems. Can any body help me with this problem or does have an idea what the reason for it could be?Cheers!
