ALO604 Posted November 24, 2014 Report Share Posted November 24, 2014 I have the same experience with slow download. All antivirus and firewall are turned off. Port is forwarded. What I experience is no more than 140kbs max and rarely that high. If I stop then restart the torrent, download speed will get up to 100kbs then throttle down to as low as 1kbs within 5 minutes. I do the refresh again and the process repeats. It will take days to download a single 1.95gb torrent. I used to be able to download 1.95gb in a matter of 30 minutes.I can download other items from the internet as high speeds with no issues. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mayhem229 Posted December 5, 2014 Report Share Posted December 5, 2014 Im having a similar issue, recently my internet connection at home and work is 10MB plus but recently my connection seems capped at 1MB. I tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling bittorrent, and nothing is working. Its almost like something "spyware,adware,malware" has limited my d/l speed.....help??!!!
