11004 error setup guide

hi guys i live in australia and my torrent arent d/l at a high speeed anymore i think its to do with my connection location. it wont work on sydney, australia anymore. please help

This could be a socket error.

You might need to contact your ISP to find the IP address you should be using for your DNS server, and put that into your network connection's TCP/IP properties. You can usually find that information on the ISP's web site somewhere.
