Red Arrow - No DL

I have been trying to download some files lately and nothing is going through. It always gives me the red arrow. This just happened recently and it seems like something is blockinbg my access or connection somehow. Any similar problems or troubleshooting ideas?

What internet security software do you have installed?

McCafee, but I have had it prior to the problem.

A recent update to it may be causing the issue. Have you tried re-creating the rules for BitTorrent in it?

Sounds like a dumb question, but does your hard drive have enough space to complete the download?

That won't cause a red arrow.
