Hi there,

been trying to download a number of items but on all of them the full file downloads but then it comes up in red with the following Error message: The system cannot find the specified file' it also has a *TMP file name.

Any ideas??

What browser are you using?
Have you cleared its temporary files?

HI Harold, well that didn't work and strangely enough i tried to download on a different computer and this does the same, when the download finished what i get is a *TMP file that i can't open. Both computers are running Windows 7 and Mozilla fox. One of the computers has the up to date software while the other one is an older version. Very strange. Any ideas?

It honestly sounds like something's interfering with the .tmp file handling outside of those two packages.
What else is common between the two systems?
