Stop Upload How I can stop upload while downloading file via torrent

How I can stop Upload data while I am downloading file via torrent. Upload speed is usually half of the download speed. for example if i download 300MB file then total upload from the file would be 130MB. I don't want loose my bandwidth in this upload . is there any way to stop it?

No. Your own performance will suffer IMMENSELY if you try.
