mugen187 Posted August 1, 2015 Report Share Posted August 1, 2015 Hi everyone, I been downloading a torrent for a couple days ago however what end up happening during the download that it became stuck at 39.9%. I tried updating the tracker numerous times, delete the torrent to download again, added trackers to the torrent, also downloaded the same torrent from different websites. But no progress. One thing I noticed that once I delete the torrent to download again it downloads fine but once it hits 39.9% the peer flag shows IXEPh and HXEP. Can anyone help to me finish downloading my torrent?
