Hi Everyone,

You'll have to excuse me as I'm new to all this not having grown up in the computer age. :(

My 13 yr old daughter has pestered me into downloading a movie for her. I did a bit of research and eventually downloaded Bit Torrent and then the movie. After about 3 hrs the movie finished downloading but when we trird to play it we received the following message;

CODEC 2.5.1 INCOMPATIBLE
REFER TO INFO.TEXT FOR MORE INFO.

After further research I tried too download a codec but to no avail.

Could anyone suggest a solution and I (and my daughter !!) would be most grateful  :D

Unfortunately, usage support for completed downloads is beyond the scope of these forums.

Your issue may be that you've downloaded a fake torrent however.
