Hi some of my downloads go there(AppData\Roaming\BitTorrent folder) even if I have another directory were my download should go.I read somewhere that this might be because someone has gained access to my computer either physically or remotely. Please if you could help me and explain to me what this means how dangerous it is and how can I prevent it?

I'm pretty sure downloads just go there by default when your downloads directery is unavailable. Which could be due to numerous reasons. Like an external HD if you normally save to one not being connected, being full or many other reasons. While it is possible the problem resulted from an attack, lets not jump to conclusions. Just go through and check your default directories in your settings and make sure there available first.
