Forum does not permit the pasting of .png and .jpeg images when attempting to do so: "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." Would you mind replying in text of the proper configuration of the "Preferences"/"Bandwidth" items?

BitTorrentPlus 7.8.2 RE: All torents are labeled "Finished" in Status column; unable to seed. Cycling Resume and Pausing has no effect nor does closing and reopening BitTorrentPlus program. I also tried cycling upload rates from 5kb to unlimited to no avail. What is the solution to return the program to normal functioning?
