The dump fille was submitted to the developer when the program crashed originally. When I relaunch, Bit Torrent crashes again. Can you assist me in fixing this?

I'm using windows 8.1 and have Bit Torrent Plus. I can not pull up the file. Tried using Whocrashed but it couldnot locate the file. Can you give me instructions how to access the dump? Thank you!

I got a message that says "BitTorent has crashed. A Crash dump has been saved at:" And it gives me a location on my C:drive It then askes if I want to relaunch the application or not relaunch the app I have no idea what to do from here. Can you please help me? Do you need more info? Please let me know Thank you,
