Hello. I just downloaded BitTorrent and added a torrent. It started downloading metadata and stayed on "Connecting to peers". I tried with other torrents from other sites but I got the same result. I already tried to change VPN, but it still doesn't download. How can I solve? Thanks in advance

Hi. I have a little problem: my connection contract expects 30mbit speed download and 3mbit upload. I actually have that speed but in bittorrent I download at 100kB/s and upload at 300kB/s. How to increase my speed?
