  2. Sort your torrent list by the "#" column (click the column header until the torrent with the "1" is at the top) Then use the up and down arrow buttons with the torrents you want to move highlighted to move them up and down the queue.
  3. Because it ignores your queue numbers completely. Torrents in BitTorrent are downloaded in the order specified in the "#" column. If a torrent in the lowest number position drops below a set threshold for speed, the next torrent is activated automatically WITHOUT queueing the first one.

  5. Removing and re-adding the torrent without deleting the partial files will allow bittorrent to check the partial files before continuing
  6. Only remove the torrent and re-add. Don't delete the data.
  7. The first torrent likely did not actually go into the queued state. IT more likely simply started going way too slow.

  17. Bypassing network restrictions implemented by network administrators (such as those at an isp) isn't something we can do. You're better off complaining to your internet provider or the government regulator in charge.

  19. What indicators do you have in your status bar?
  20. That shows very little technical details on the detection.
  21. I'm not talking about the application install directory.
  22. settings.dat in the bittorrent application support folder, but that will also wipe out your other settings in BitTorrent.
