My ISP had the VPN blocked and port forwarding didn't work as well. I had to change my ISP to circumvent the issue.

Whenever you download from ExtraTorrent or any other torrent site you should see it's seeders and leechers. Although, they do not show exact numbers but low might means no seeders in actual so it keeps on saying finding peers. It might be the tracker update issue with such public indexing sites. It is to my knowledge, Mods can answer you better.

Hi, I have been reading about BitTorrent lately because I never went into details. I was reading Torrent tweaking guides and it told me to uncheck DHT and UTP from the settings which I did. I want to know what are these things, what do they do? and is it ok to disable them?
