I havent. But I didnt need to before I installed a fresh copy of windows. Im also not very confident in myself when messing around in my router's settings, before i changed something inside and it made me lose internet for a whole week.

My download speeds have plummeted since I installed a fresh copy of windows on my laptop. Before, when I would download famous movies, I would always get my maximum download speed (around 8.5 MB/s). But now, I always have the red or orange icon, and my download speeds have been so slow, most of the time 1 MB/s if the movie has lots of seeders. Before even if the torrent said that it only had around 500 seeders, i would get my maximum download speed. All my firewalls and anti virus are off. What can I do to fix this?
