    I have the file, it is my own book pdf. But i don't own a server. But i can save file online. The torrent maker won't use URL to file online, must you have server self for torrenting?

    I don't own a server, is it possible to make a torrent and locate source using URL? All those make torrent programs i have looked through can not.
