BitTorrent 7.2.1 WebUI

Recommended Posts

did you use the following format?

"http://" + yourIP + ":" + listeningPort + "/gui"

You should be able to find your listening port under Options -> Connection

I get an error message "The µTorrent WebUI does not seem to be installed. Click here to try to install it, or see the guide for more details.". When I try to install WebUI I get another error message "There was a problem installing µTorrent WebUI, please see the µTorrent log for more details. The µTorrent WebUI does not seem to be installed. Click here to try to install it, or see the guide for more details.".

This will explain how to install it manually. Also, Bittorent uses the same Webui so the same process can be used but you need to put the file in the Bittorent folder instead.

Hope this helps. :D

I was unable to add new .torrent files through the WebUI after updating Bitorrent to v7.2.1

After a reinstall and verifying the settings I was still getting and error in the logger about missing a parenthesis ) in the jscript

Downloading and the above mentioned replacement webui.zip from uTorrent and copying it in to my application data folder fixed the problem.
