How can I post and respond to threads on the uTorrent forum

There is no "start new thread" option anywhere or a "quote" os "respond" option either

uTorrent's forums are separate.

Lesson 1> Don't use hotmail.

Lesson 2> Scroll top to bottom.

There have been hundreds of threads since this one was made, and apparently something you're doing differently than other users is preventing you from posting.
