choking peers on upload

I have recently upgraded to version 7.8 and have noticed my uploads are much slower than with previous versions. On checking into the peer list I notice that on all active seeding torrents I am only uploading to one peer on each torrent, even though I could be connected to at least 20 on a torrent I have submitted. I have it set to 8 upload slots per torrent.

I don't have the fastest connection but at least I have been able to upload to multiple peers and help spread the pieces for everyone

Any help on this would be appreciated

Just in case anyone else is having the same problem. The best fix is to downgrade to any 7.7 build, it seems that for some reason there is a bug in the 7.8 build that chokes all bar one peer on upload no matter how many slots you have open.

There has been no response from bittorrent re this bug to date
