I can download the torrent file and then move it into VLC but it doesnt stay there. If i turn off my computer then all my files go from VLC _ very annoying!! But, so you know, you can, just like with most media players, create playlists for VLC. Why you'd want everything stuck there I don't know, I'd recommend making or using your "video, picture and music" folders as these are the first places all media players, (by default,) go looking for content.
