Recently, however, I am lucky to get 10 and upon running a check I get a message to say "Port is not open but I am still able to download".I haven't changed anything that I know of, so am at q loss to explain this. Can anyone help.Thanks.

I have clicked the red button at bottom and tried changing the port, but it never seems to help. Anyone have any ideas? It is taking over 12 hours to download a movie and several hours to get a simple program.Thanks for any help!!
