Even though I have set Maximum number of active torrents (upload and download) to 4 and Maximum number of active downloads to 2. If I don't pause torrents then all of them keep downloading no matter how many they are. I don't want to download more than 2 files at once. This problem appeared after I updated BitTorrent.
