Guest Dan
I was told recently that what the upload rate that is listed on a bit torrent client is only a small part of the total amount of data that is being uploaded. Apparently even when no torrents are being downloaded/uploaded the client program is using a massive amount of bandwidth, because its still connecting to other computers even if nothing is being uploaded. Is this true? How much bandwidth does bit torrent use even when not working on a torrent file?
