reggyster Posted June 12, 2013 Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 recently i got a problem with my downloading activity.i've had experience with torrents blocking but i don't think it's a common one.it was like this:1. one day, i was downloading okay in my network2. when i was adding more torrent files to my bit, suddenly they just didn't work3. the "already downloading files" continued to download while the new ones stuck at 0,0%it's kinda weird, isn't? i mean, if my server blocks torrent by modem/keyword blocking/traffic blocking i shouldn't have been able to download anything, but the fact was that some torrents were doing fine and some others were stopped at 0,0% at the same time.was it some kinda blocking set in a certain time? cuz i've tried it after since but nothing, i can't download anything until now.
