BitTorrent client won't start but a process appears in the task manager. Why is that?

I've been having this problem for a very long while now, sometimes it boots up on the first try and sometimes it just won't boot up at all.

A BitTorrent process will start every time I try and open it, and the processes will stack, so if I try and open it 3 times in a row, I have 3 BitTorrent processes. Has anyone experienced this before?

I've tried to start the client as administrator but it has no effect. I've checked the hidden icons section and it's not there neither.
