BitTorrent wont start

So today i tried a magnet link. Nothing happened, after a little i tried again. Nope. Then went to my desktop and tried to open it from the actual thing, not shortcut. It thinks for approx half a second then nothing. No signs of it in task manager. No signs of it in my appdata or the system program files. Downloaded again, it only thinks. Then cuts out. Deleted the old one. Still nothing.

Any help?
