I am looking to create my own small (legal) torrent site, most likely in a forum format. The questions I have are:1. How do you create a private tracker (and how do they actually work?)2. Is there a way I can track the ratios of the members on my site? If there is not actually a simple way, I remember seeing a signature which tracked ratios, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
