hgraham Posted November 5, 2011 Report Posted November 5, 2011 For the past week all torrent trackers have been blocked in Kunming China shutting down all torrent activity. I don't know if they have been blocked throughout all of China. I live in China so I know that this is true. Does anyone else have any information about the recent Chinese shutdown?h
