Download speed

Hi,

Look I haven't used torrents in years. So I have utorrent, and was up until recently downloading at 500kb/s to 1.3-1.4mb/s its dropped now to 100 less to sometimes 230 - 240kb/s at most, but my uploads have sped up to 100kb/s from almost nothing.

I'm with TPG in Australia, on an unlimited service and usually downloading outside of the peak period. I could use some help configuring the program to speed thing up, or point me in the right direction to find the info myself. I kinda got sick of optimizers that didn't seem to help.
