Bigmojo Posted March 28, 2011 Report Share Posted March 28, 2011 #Ive done the file sharing thing a few years back when it was cool etc..Im trying "bit-torrent" out but I do a search for something say a vst sampler, any will do, and the browser window appears with just random web results on it.... in the unlikley event there is a bit torrent in there, Iclick on it and am expected to hand over my card details... whats the point of this? Surely there is more to file sharing that spending money every time you download a file, not to mention contantly handing out your card detilas to people who, lets face it, make a living off other peoples work....And the other thing, why do I need bit-torrent... All the search results it produces I could get from just running google chrome on its own... Am I missing something or is file sharing not what it used to be?
