The downloaded folder contains 19 files ending in extensions like ...r00, ...r01, ...r02 upto ..r19. And 2 more files with extensions .rar and .sfv.Can u pls tell me how to combine them into the single installer file so that I can run the installation?Thanks and regards (and sorry for asking such a basic question as I am new to torrent).
