Bittorrent Only For Admin Users?

Hello,

 

My problem is that I have 4 users on my PC

 

1 Admin and 3 Standard users

Because of the installation location the standard users cannot use Bittorrent
it does not show up in the Start Menu
I tired to install Bittorrent with each User, so that Bittorrent would be in their own user folder.
However it does not install Bittorent it only runs it or something.
so now the users have to click on the setup use the admin password to run Bittorrent

So what are my choices? I cannot give my admin password away and I cannot be around every time somoeone wants to use bittorent
