Problem With Configuring Remote Control

I'm using BitTorrent 7.8.12 And tried to Configure it for remote control.
I entered a computer name and password, all went well.
When I tried to set a security question I get the error message : "Could not contact the uTorrent Remote service to register".

When I try to browse to remote.utorrent.com and enter the computer name/password i get the following message:
400: User not found
We could not locate a user with the provided username.

It works for me in another computer that is connected to the same router as this one in the same house.
I'm not a big expert on internet setting so I'll need explanations at the layman level :-)

Help?
