Guest Sam Bieber Posted November 19, 2011 Report Share Posted November 19, 2011 I am downloading fallout 3 and it was going fine downloading at roughly 270 kb/s but suddenly its dropped to about 5 kb/s, i checked the peers and all the peers are also at a very low download rate, does anyone know why?
