Delete Downloaded File: Bittorrent.exe

Hello,

 

A few days ago I downloaded the file bittorrent.exe to install bittorrent on my computer.

The installation of the program went great and the program run well. The program was altso easy to uninstall. The problem is that bittorrent.exe file that I downloaded to install the program, is not possible to delete. When I try to access the folder where I have put the file I just keep getting the message "You have been denied permission to access this folder".

 

I'm logged in as the Administrator of the PC were the file is placed.

 

How can I get access to the folder and delete the installation file bittorrent.exe ?
