Problem Installing Windows 8.1 Torrent On Top Of Windows 7

I installed a Windows 8.1 torrent on my desktop, without problems.

On my laptop (with Windows 7), if I try to install Windows 8.1; it requests a serial number that I do not have.

 

 

Should I perhaps clead the HD (?DBAN) and try again?

 

I have basically emptied the data from the laptop

Any advice?
