How About "import-Export Setting" Feature?

I saw people here requesting some features:

what if all requests were combined into one feature such as "Import/Export Settings"?

so later, it able select whether to export the 'data torrent' files only (*.torrent), or complete export with the downloaded files (bigger disk space)

with 'Import-Export' feature, may not be necessary to have the feature 'custom installation path' anymore because everything can be backed up easily.

for customize & restore 'color schemes' and 'advanced settings',  it would be easier with "Import/Export Feature".
