I ran into this as well.

Looks like the installer fails to automatically install the Visual C++ 2013 (x86) runtime components.

This is easily fixed by manually installing the redist. package from Microsoft beforehand.

I gather this will be fixed in the final version.

This would make sense. I just popped on here because my friend was having the same issue.

once you got past the eula.exe error or meaning you see those errors you can actually directly trigger the bleep.application file over the bleepdl.....file/link offered at the website

all the eula and installer crap is only the boot-strap for pre-install, meaning it makes sure you have the proper dotnet framework and the windows installer and that visual c++ 2013 runtime (x86) installed and usable and then it only fetches that xml file/link from bleep.application and then starts the actual dotnet-managed code fetching and installing and execution.

so just make sure you have dotnetframework 3.51 or higher, the visual c++ 2013 runtime (from end of last year 2013), and the windows installer 4.5 and then directly load/run this link:

http://bleepdl.bittorrent.com/Bleep.application

<http://bleepdl.bittorrent.com/Bleep.application>

just save it to your desktop directly as a file (about 9kilobytes, see inside it, text/xml file with details) and it will trigger the actual deployment/loading/running of bleep.

also see the detailed requirements as of current on:

http://bleepdl.bittorrent.com/

<http://bleepdl.bittorrent.com/>

Visual C++ 2013 Runtime Libraries (x86)

Windows Installer 4.5

.NET Framework 3.5 SP1

I do this and my install hangs every time after downloading 12.1MB, I can't even download it! Anyone else have this issue?
