Bittorrent Not Working

Hello,

My BitTorrent is no longer working.

Three days ago it just stopped working.

I reinstalled it but still not working.

Could my vpn or isp be blocking peer to peer sharing?

I've been using this for many years and it's been great.

Am I missing something simple or has things out there blocking me from downloading.

Any help is welcome.
