Bug - Set Download Location

Greetings bug team.

 

Here's the steps I took to reproduce the problem:

1. Torrents are downloaded to my default download folder.
2. After a download has completed I stop the torrent.
3. I copy the torrent to a different folder on my computer.
4. I right click the torrent in the client and choose Advanced / Set Download Location.
5. In the "choose where to download" dialog, I navigate to the location where I copied the file and click Select Folder
6. If I get a file move target dialog asking to overwrite the file, I say no.
7. I right click the torrent in the client and choose Force Re-check to verify the client sees the new file.
8. I click start torrent

When I double click the torrent in the client, instead of opening the new folder location of the torrent, it opens the default download instead.

 

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
