Cannot Connect With My New Provider....

Hello,

 

I recently moved to a new place and and tool a new provider (I live Tokyo)

Provider name is : Biglobe.

 

Never had any probleme to download via Bittorent from my other residence.

Even now the internet conneciton is faster.

 

But really no way to connect anymore.

 

The internet connection has been setuped like a VPN thing, it is not really convenient I can say.

Not sure what is going on and what I can do ..

It seems ports are not open....?

Let me know if you need ot see other of my settings and I&ll post more screenshots.
