Element Of "risk" Associated With Torrents?

Hi everyone,

 

I'm not yet too familiar with how this whole business works, but I am interested in it, so I was wondering if you could answer a couple questions. Firstly, how often and how much downloading do you all do? And second, have you ever felt like you were at risk from this behavior and could potentially suffer harmful consequences such as prosecution?
