Guest danwat1234 Posted April 9, 2011 Report Posted April 9, 2011 Hey everyone,Big fan of bittorrent. So, my school is closing ports that I am using with the bit torrent client. Is there a way to have the client automatically change the 'listening port' to another random port once it knows that the port is being blocked? I have all packets incoming and outgoing required to be encrypted.I am having to hit the "random port" button every 15 minutes. Thanks
Guest minchurl Posted October 1, 2011 Report Posted October 1, 2011 I have same issue here. I have strong feeling that my ISP blocking the my bittorent activity.I am doing the same, clicking "random port" when the downloading rate goes down.I hope next version of bittorent would take care of this.
