jeepy Posted February 23, 2016 Report Share Posted February 23, 2016 The Bittorrent GUI hangs when I open the program. The Ads and the content of the various sub-windows don't load and I cannot click on or open the menus at the top of the window. I have to go into the task manager to shut the program down. Despite the hanging I think the client is still running however as it completed a download of the last torrent I opened after this issue cropped up. This problem is identical in both the Bittorrent client and the uTorrent client, so its something common to both. I am running windows 10. This is a recent problem as I have used the client in the past without this issue. I have tried rebooting and reinstalling. I tried disabling the windows firewall. None of the above worked.
