Just different branding. I think uTorrent has the better recognition, while Bittorrent Mainline is the official client for Bittorrent. Any consideration in dropping one in favor of the other? It is the same reason why there are many different torrent sites, they are earning tons of money as well, as has been released after kickass torrents has been busted.
