Port problem

A friend mentioned a file share program called stealthnet and after I installed it I get an error that "no working port"   See Below

Port test for 76.195.**.*** : Port 6094 is not open. Your router and/or Stealthnet client needs to be configured correctly. Attention: After changing the port, StealthNet has to be restarted! __________________________________________________-- I'm not up-to-date on such matters so I'm at a loss I use AT&T high speed internet wi-fi and a new'ish Dell Inspiron and past bit-torrent programs didn't present this issue
