I and trying to download some music. when I first started using bit torrent i used to get excellent download speeds but now I if i get .05 k/b then I am lucky. this happens to all my downloads and all of them have hundreds of seeders. I am currently running 7.6.1 avast for my security and windows firewall. If I shut down bittorrent completely and the restart it my speeds jump real high for about 30 seconds then back down to nothing. is there anyway to fix this?
